Should you wish to cancel an order please notify Hummy Press at info@hummypress.co.uk with the purchaser's name, delivery address and date of purchase and state your intent to cancel the order, within 14 days of placing the order. If your order has already been despatched, you will not be able to cancel your order; however, upon receipt of the order you can return the order to Hummy Press, at your cost, for a full refund of original order total (including initial P&P). Orders must be returned to Hummy Press in an unsued and resalable condition no later than 28 days from the date of purchase. For orders damaged during delivery, please e-mail info@hummypress.co.uk immediately upon receipt with the name of the purchaser, date of purchase, delivery address & photographic proof of all damage. In order to issue a full refund Hummy Press will then forward details and images of the damage caused during delivery to Royal Mail for them to investigate. Hummy Press / Royal Mail may require you to return the damaged goods.
For lost / undelivered orders, please allow up to 14 working days from ordering to account for delivery events outside the control of Hummy Press, before contacting info@hummypress.co.uk with the name and address of the purchaser and date of purchase.
